We deliver via our logistics partner and Cash on Delivery (COD) to your chosen destination.

Do Seashell Beauty deliver on Saturday & Sundays?

Yes, we will still deliver an orders on Saturday and Sunday.

Can i schedule a delivery?

Sorry we are unable to schedule a delivery, therefore we cannot guarantee delivery of your order on specified date and time.

How to check the delivery order status?

• Check an order statis from our website or apps
• Log in to my account
• Click My Orders
• Select Order History (online)
• Click the order number listed
• Delivery status and receipt number will be listed on the page.

What Is COD?

COD is Cash On Delivery. You can pay directly by cash to our courier when you received the order, if you are using this payment method. 

What if i am not in my place when a courier makes a delivery?

For receiving of goods can be represented by Relatives / Family / friends who have been  appointed. Please prepare your cash for this COD method. If no one receiving the goods, the goods will be re-sent by a maximum of 3 times attempts.

Can i make a return or refund process if using this COD method?

For now on our Shipping does not apply for return of goods or money.
